Now is the time to start training for the HRRC Erg Pull to be held in our gym on Saturday February 7th. Our ergs have been moved to the gym mezzanine and I'll be pulling every day this week from 1-2 p.m. Come join in the fun...if only to clear your mind for the next exam...
